Rapid Civil Complaint Consultation Possible Through Data Analysis

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi-do announced on the 21st that it has established the 'Civil Complaint Consultation AI Assistant' service utilizing a super-large artificial intelligence (AI) in its civil complaint consultation call center, the first among local governments nationwide.

This service uses super-large AI to analyze civil complaint consultation data and supports the classification, response, and guidance of external complaints to the call center.

In particular, during call center civil complaint consultations, it provides quick and accurate information desired by citizens through ▲easy manual detailed search ▲fusion and summarization of searched information ▲automatic recommendation of similar complaints, thereby shortening response time and improving consultation quality.

The introduction of this service was promoted as part of the core leading project of the Digital Platform Government, 'Government-wide Super-large Artificial Intelligence Adoption.' The city was selected in April for the 'Super-large Artificial Intelligence Utilization Contest Project' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and managed by the National Information Society Agency, and has been promoting the project since then.

On the 22nd, the city plans to hold a performance report meeting for the Digital Platform Government infrastructure project to share project achievements and demonstrate the service. Additionally, before the full-scale service introduction, the accuracy and reliability of consultation responses will be verified until the first half of next year for field application.
