Renault Korea Motors' Fast Track Maintenance Reservation feature, introduced as part of its vehicle maintenance service, is receiving positive feedback from customers. The service is designed with a focus on enhancing convenience and saving time. Customers who need urgent vehicle maintenance can easily book the service via their smartphones and receive maintenance within 2 hours on the same day at over 400 Renault Korea service network locations nationwide.

The Fast Track Maintenance Reservation service is especially helpful for Koreans with busy daily lives. It allows for simple handling of basic vehicle care such as engine oil changes or battery checks, making it particularly useful for those who use their cars every day. The company explained that this reflects their corporate philosophy of valuing customers' time.

In addition, a 24/7 care service has been implemented so customers can use service centers on weekends or at night. This takes into account that many office workers and adults are busy during weekdays. It means that customers who find it difficult to visit centers during the week can leave their cars at service centers on weekends and at night.
