On the 20th, the Asia Economy Education Center announced that the team of Hwang Dong-wook and Kim Su-hyun won the grand prize in the smart management category with the theme "RPA-based Customer Service Center Inquiry Post Automatic Classification System, ClassBot" at the '2023 National Innovation Idea Contest.' The excellence awards went to "ESG Mileage Accumulation System," "Open Verification System for Strengthening Transparent Management," and "Making Friends with Local Small and Medium Enterprises."

The contest was conducted in four fields aligned with KIAT's management policies: smart management, fair management, ESG management, and open management. Through strict evaluation criteria including suitability, concreteness, feasibility, innovativeness, and impact, a total of nine awards were selected: one grand prize, three excellence awards, and five encouragement awards.

Hwang Dong-wook, the grand prize winner, said in an interview, "I was able to challenge the contest because I could professionally learn data utilization skills through the K-Digital Training program. The experience of systematically learning from planning to development and completion through project practice assignments was the foundation for this award." Kim Su-hyun added, "This award is the result of the data and coding skills I have learned over the past five months. I have gained a lot of confidence, and as recognition of my effort and dedication, I will continue to strive for better achievements."

Meanwhile, the Asia Economy Education Center encourages and supports trainees to participate in external contests to objectively verify their skills. The center specializes in the big data sector within the fully government-funded 'K-Digital Training' program, nurturing trainees based on differentiated resources and educational content.
