Police Investigating Accident Circumstances
At around 5:13 PM on the 19th, an accident occurred near Seowonju on the Gwangju-Wonju Expressway in Wolsong-ri, Jijeong-myeon, Wonju-si, Gangwon-do, where a rooftop tent flew onto a highway bus, causing the bus to crash into the guardrail.
As a result of the accident, the driver, Mr. A (60), and a passenger seated behind the driver, Mr. B (72), were seriously injured.
Among the remaining 11 passengers, 9 sustained minor injuries and were transported to the hospital.

The bus involved in the accident was traveling from Dongseoul to Wonju when the rooftop tent flew toward the driver's seat, breaking through the front windshield and leading to the collision with the guardrail.
The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
