BTuen, an artificial intelligence (AI) and big data specialized company (CEO Taeil An), announced on the 18th that it has been selected as a supplier company for the 2024 Data Voucher Support Project.
The Data Voucher Support Project, hosted by the Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency (K-Data), is a government initiative that provides vouchers to demand companies wishing to adopt AI and big data technologies, enabling them to receive services from supplier companies offering related services.
BTuen, selected as a supplier company in this Data Voucher Support Project, plans to provide data processing and quality management services necessary for building AI training data. Through the AI training data integration platform "Laflow," data processing and quality management are integrated and performed, supporting efficient acquisition of high-quality data through customized processes utilizing workflows and AI.
BTuen has participated in AI training data construction projects for four consecutive years, establishing a quality management system and inspecting quality, possessing accumulated know-how and specialized technology over many years. In particular, it holds the largest number of domestic references, having constructed more than 29 types of data and completed quality verification of over 810 types of AI training data (including natural language, voice, video, images, etc.). Recently, it has built generative AI data such as "video summary data by voice recognition" and "comic webtoon data."
Announcements for recruiting demand companies can be found on the Data Voucher website, and inquiries and consultations related to Data Voucher services can be applied for through the BTuen Laflow website.
Park Sunhyuk, head of BTuen’s AIX Group, stated, “We will actively support demand companies through consulting and service provision based on BTuen’s technological capabilities and diverse business know-how to contribute to the advancement of AI service quality.” He emphasized, “Laflow is a new-concept AI training data integration platform and is the only one in Korea that can manage the three types of quality indicators defined by NIA, enabling fast and accurate AI training data construction.”
Meanwhile, BTuen has also been selected as a supplier company for the AI Voucher Support Project hosted by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), providing an AI-based service for customized patient care at Honam Nursing Hospital by utilizing the company’s ‘Neul Silver Care’ service.
