Maseok Changhyeon Seohui Starhills, Phase 1 Construction Scheduled for 1,340 Units

Maseok Station Changhyeon Seohee Starhills announced that out of over 3,000 households, 1,340 units will be constructed in the first phase starting this March.

Located in the Hwado area of Namyangju, the complex consists of 15 buildings ranging from 2 to 29 floors above ground and 5 basement levels, along with welfare facilities. Most notably, the prices are set lower compared to surrounding apartment market prices, making it easier to own a home without financial burden.
