[Breaking] Song Young-gil's Warrant Hearing on 18th... Judge Yoo Chang-hoon, Who Rejected Lee Jae-myung's Warrant, to Preside

The detention warrant review for former Democratic Party leader Song Young-gil, who has been charged with violations of the Political Parties Act and Political Funds Act, as well as bribery under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes, related to the Democratic Party leadership election cash envelope scandal and donations received from the external support organization 'Peace and Livelihood Research Institute (Meoksayeon),' will be held on the 18th at 10 a.m. The hearing will be presided over by Judge Yoo Chang-hoon, the judge in charge of detention warrants at the Seoul Central District Court.

Judge Yoo previously dismissed the detention warrant requested by the prosecution against leader Lee Jae-myung.
