SparkLabs invests in SpringerAgain, a dementia patient care service operator

Care and Management Services Using Dementia Patient Data
Providing Customized Reports

Startup accelerator SparkLabs (CEO Yoojin Kim) announced on the 14th that it has invested in SpringerAgain (CEO Juina), the operator of 'Dasibom,' which provides care and management services based on data from dementia patients.

SpringerAgain's 'Dasibom' conducted a pilot test in November last year and officially launched its Android app in April this year. Recently, it introduced a secretary service that enhances work and communication efficiency for long-term care institution workers, expanding its business area to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

SpringerAgain is developing its service with developers and service planning experts who have experience caring for families with dementia. It is characterized by utilizing patient data to improve the ease of care and management, and providing functions that support smooth communication among caregivers, care managers, and patients' families.

With this investment, SpringerAgain will accelerate the operational efficiency and advancement of Dasibom's services. By applying LLM (Large Language Model), it plans to automate guidance on how to respond to care records based on patient data to enhance convenience and target the global market.

Yoojin Kim, CEO of SparkLabs, said, "The market for elderly home care facilities and services is very active, but services for caregivers who care for them are lacking," adding, "We expect SpringerAgain's service to greatly grow by facilitating connections between patients and care stakeholders."

Juina, CEO of SpringerAgain, said, "We plan to develop LLM-based features such as chatbots necessary for dementia patient care," and added, "We will continue to contribute to connecting people through technology and creating a virtuous cycle in the patient and senior tech markets."
