Application Submitted on the 30th of Last Month, Reviewed at Dobong-gu Maintenance Plan Advisory Meeting on the 7th of This Month
Final Application Incorporating Advisory Feedback to Be Submitted to Seoul City Upon Review Completion

Dobong-gu, Rapid Integrated Planning Advisory Active... Changdong Sanga 1st & Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Applications

Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Apartment applied for the Rapid Integrated Planning Reconstruction Advisory Project on the 30th of last month and went through the ‘Dobong-gu Maintenance Plan Advisory Meeting’ on the 7th of this month.


Currently, the district is reviewing the plan (draft) for Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Apartment through consultations with experts in architecture, urban planning, and transportation, and plans to submit the final application reflecting the advisory contents to Seoul City once the review is complete.


Previously, Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Apartment proposed a complex maintenance plan (draft) applying a floor area ratio of 299.6%, consisting of 12 buildings with 1,160 households and a maximum height of 42 floors.


A district official stated, “We expect to prevent unnecessary time wastage and reduce the total project period by proactively addressing the supplementation requests that may arise during the city advisory meeting.”


To shorten the Seoul City advisory meeting period during the advisory project procedure, Dobong-gu operates the ‘Maintenance Plan Advisory Meeting’ composed of the Dobong-gu Maintenance Project Rapid Support Team. Through the advisory meeting, they identify parts that residents might overlook and support the review of significant issues in the plan (draft).


Before Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Apartment, a Dobong-gu maintenance plan advisory meeting was held on November 2nd for Changdong Sanga 1st Apartment, and the final application reflecting the review results was submitted to Seoul City on November 29th.


Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, said, “More complexes that have confirmed reconstruction this year are applying for the Rapid Integrated Planning Advisory Project. We will provide maximum support to complexes establishing maintenance plans through the Dobong-gu Maintenance Project Rapid Support Team to help the reconstruction projects proceed smoothly.”


Ssangmun Hanyang 1st Apartment consists of 8 buildings with 824 households and a maximum of 15 floors, completed in 1987. After completing a safety diagnosis service in March and receiving a ‘Reconstruction (Grade E)’ judgment, reconstruction was confirmed without the need for further appropriateness review.
