'Cheonggye Riverview Xi' Subscription 1st Priority Closes with an Average of 45.9 to 1

The subscription for 'Cheonggye Riverview Xi' in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, closed with an average competition rate of 45.98 to 1 in the first priority round.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 13th, a total of 18,255 applications were received for 397 households (excluding special supply) in the first priority subscription held the previous day, recording an average competition rate of 45.98 to 1 in the first priority round.


The highest competition rate was for the 84㎡ exclusive area type, with a rate of 360 to 1. Other housing types recorded subscription competition rates of ▲78㎡ at 62.44 to 1 ▲59㎡B at 50.75 to 1 ▲59㎡A at 41.57 to 1 ▲73㎡ at 35.76 to 1 ▲59㎡C at 33.88 to 1, successfully closing all types in the first priority round.


Cheonggye Riverview Xi attracted attention as it is the first Xi brand apartment introduced by GS Construction in eight years since Seoul Forest Riverview Xi supplied in 2015.


It is adjacent to Dapsimni Station on Seoul Subway Line 5 and within walking distance to Sindap Station on the Line 2 light rail. Vehicle movement is convenient via Sagun IC on the Inner Circular Road and Dongbu Expressway, allowing quick access not only to downtown areas such as City Hall but also to the Gangnam area.


The complex is being developed on a scale of 14 buildings from 2 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, totaling 1,670 households. Among them, 797 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡ were supplied for general sale.


Earlier, on the 11th, a total of 5,279 people applied for the special supply of 400 households, showing an average competition rate of 13.19 to 1.


The winners will be announced on the 20th, and the official contract will be conducted over four days from January 3 to 6 next year. Move-in is scheduled for December 2026.
