Implementation of Odd-Even Vehicle Restriction for Public Sector during Emergency Reduction Measures
Clean and Cooling Road to Operate on Ayang 1·2-ro from Late March
On the 11th, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it will implement the 'Fine Dust Seasonal Management System' from this month until the end of March next year.
The city plans to improve air quality by intensively promoting fine dust reduction measures in five areas: transportation, industry, daily surroundings, protection of vulnerable groups' health, strengthening external cooperation, and establishing an information provision system.
In particular, during this seasonal management period, the city will implement a two-day vehicle operation restriction for public sector vehicles when emergency reduction measures are enforced, and from the end of March next year, it plans to operate the Clean and Cooling Roads installed on Ayang 1-ro and Ayang 2-ro.
During the seasonal management period, the city will crack down on vehicles subject to reduction measures that fail to comply among grade 5 vehicles, while actively promoting early scrapping and low-emission measures.
