Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will conduct an online citizen vote from the 12th to the 15th to select this year's innovative policies that have improved the lives of citizens.

Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Holds Citizen Vote on 'This Year's Innovation Policies'

Since last month, the district received 70 policy cases implemented this year from 45 departments at the headquarters, conducted a preliminary appropriateness review, and finalized 20 candidate policies through the first evaluation by experts and an internal evaluation team.

Any citizen interested in and passionate about Gwangsan district administration can participate in the online citizen vote.

Citizens who wish to participate can select their preferred policies through a Naver Form.

Each person can select up to three policies in total.

Detailed information about the policies can be found on the Gwangsan-gu website under News & Notices - Latest News.

The district will combine the results of the online citizen vote (50%) and the evaluations by experts and internal staff (50%) to determine the ranking of innovative policies.

The policy with the highest score will be honored with the title of ‘Innovation Grand Prize.’ The award ceremony is scheduled to take place at the year-end closing ceremony.

An innovation policy casebook will also be produced to share the innovative cases of the 8th elected administration with citizens.
