Filled with Gelato Fragola and Chocolatto
Haitai Confectionery's premium gelato brand Pallazzo announced on the 11th that it will release a Christmas limited edition cake made with chewy gelato.
The new products are two types that perfectly capture the Christmas atmosphere with the popular gelatos Fragola and Chocolatto: 'Strawberry Santa' and 'X-MAS Choco Village.'
Strawberry Santa is filled with Fragola (strawberry), the most popular fruit gelato. It features a fresher and tangier taste by grinding domestic strawberries into the gelato. The cake's exterior is decorated with fresh cream to create Santa's face, chocolate for the eyes, and jelly for the red nose.
X-MAS Choco Village is filled with sweet chocolate gelato. Chocolatto is made with Dutch dark chocolate, giving it a deep and rich flavor. The outside is decorated with soft fresh cream to depict a snow-covered village, and colorful sprinkles are sprinkled to beautifully capture the pure white Christmas world.
Gelato and beverages that pair well together are also introduced. These include 'Salted Caramel Gelato,' which combines sweet caramel with salty salt, and two smoothies with gelato added directly: 'Fredo' and 'Affogato,' totaling three types.
Discount benefits are also offered through a pre-order event until the 17th.
