Service Integration of Tada, Kickgoing, and Others

Mobile financial service Toss will allow users to call and rent transportation options such as taxis and electric bicycles.

On the 11th, Toss operator Viva Republica announced that it will launch services for using ▲taxis ▲electric bicycles ▲kickboards through the Toss application (app).

Users can access the service by selecting the transportation category in the All tab within the Toss app. There is no need to download a separate app, sign up, or register payment methods, as all procedures can be completed within the Toss app.

The taxi service using Toss is available 24 hours a day. Departure locations include all areas of Seoul, Incheon Airport, Gwangmyeong City, and Wirye New Town. A 'dynamic fare system' that calculates discounts or surcharges based on real-time supply and demand is applied. The estimated fare can be checked immediately when calling a taxi.

This service is linked with the call taxi service "Tada" operated by VCNC, allowing users to use 5-passenger taxis (Tada Next) and premium taxis (Tada Plus). The existing service through the Tada app will also be maintained.

Additionally, electric bicycles are provided in partnership with G-Bike (Jiku), and kickboards with Ollulo (Kickgoing). This means personal mobility devices offered by these companies can also be rented and used within the Toss app.

To celebrate the launch of the service, Toss Prime subscribers, a paid subscription membership, will receive up to 4% cashback on usage fees when using these transportation options through Toss.

A Toss representative stated, "Following the launch of services such as Korail train ticket booking and vehicle inspection reservations last October, we are now able to offer a wider variety of transportation services to our customers," adding, "We plan to expand partnerships with taxi, electric bicycle, and kickboard providers."
