'Goobne' Operator GN Food Receives $1 Million Export Tower Award

Opened first overseas store in Hong Kong in 2014
Achieved approximately $1.4 million in exports this year

Gyun?, operated by GN Food, announced on the 8th that it received the '1 Million Dollar Export Tower' award at the 60th 2023 Trade Day commemorative event hosted by the Korea International Trade Association.

The Export Tower is an award given by the Korea International Trade Association and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to companies that have contributed to Korea's international status and economic development over the past year. GN Food recorded export sales of 1 million dollars in 2021, six years after opening its first overseas store in Hong Kong in 2014. Since then, it has continuously broken its records every year, achieving approximately 1.4 million dollars in exports this year.

GN Food's Gyun? has expanded beyond the Asian market to the United States, showcasing oven-roasted menu items at 44 stores in 10 countries overseas. In Northeast Asia, the brand established its presence by sequentially expanding its business in Macau, Japan, and China, starting with Hong Kong in 2014. Since 2018, it has entered Southeast Asian markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore. In 2022, it took its first step into the U.S. market by launching operations in the Los Angeles area, and in 2023, it signed contracts in Texas and Georgia.
