Geumcheon-gu Office Website Adds 'Single-Person Household' Menu

Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that it has newly established a ‘Single-Person Household’ menu on the district office website to provide necessary policy information to single-person household residents.

By clicking the ‘Single-Person Household’ menu on the main page of the Geumcheon-gu Office website, users can easily view projects promoted for single-person households, such as ▲Safe Jeonse and Monthly Rent Contract Assistance Service ▲Safe Return Home Scout ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) Check-in System ▲Seoul-type Emergency Welfare Support. The projects are categorized by age groups including all ages, youth, middle-aged, and seniors.

By selecting the promotional image for each project, detailed information such as operation period, target audience, project details, and application methods can be confirmed. Also, by clicking ‘Application Method - Go to Link,’ users can apply for programs operated not only by the district office but also by related organizations for single-person households.

Additionally, the district has produced a Single-Person Household Life Guide booklet, which is available at the district office civil service center and community service centers. The booklet contains information on projects in various fields conducted by the district, including safety, health, welfare, and housing.

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, “We have organized support projects scattered across various departments and organizations for easy access, so we hope single-person household residents visit the website to obtain the information they need.” He added, “We will continue to promote various policies to improve the quality of life for single-person households.”

For more details, inquiries can be made to the Geumcheon-gu Family Center or the Family Policy Division of Geumcheon-gu Office.
