Esconec acquires additional 6 billion KRW worth of shares in subsidiary Arisel

Esconec announced on the 7th that it will additionally acquire 12 million shares of its subsidiary Arisel, which manufactures and sells primary batteries, for 6 billion KRW.

The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 12th, and after the acquisition, Esconec's stake in Arisel will be 96%. Esconec stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is to "improve Arisel's financial structure."
