At the report meeting, Plan Issue, the research agency, shared the results including ▲regional promotion plans ▲project plans by type ▲execution plans for the marine leisure tourism belt.

First, the regional promotion strategy was presented with five major strategies?hub activation, theme specialization, surrounding linkage, regional integration, and function sustainability?comprising 33 detailed projects.

Hub activation focused on establishing a development foundation by utilizing the functions and infrastructure of core projects, including seven projects such as establishing a Garorim Bay circulation tourism system.

Theme specialization involved setting themes based on regional characteristics to expand and connect hubs, promoting the yacht industry among 17 projects. Surrounding linkage aimed to prepare a connected tourism strategy linking maritime and land areas as well as leisure and culture, implementing three projects including the establishment of the Asan Bay metropolitan cooperation branding.

Regional integration focused on forming external recognition and creating a comprehensive tourism service environment through three projects such as establishing a marine tourism transportation system.

Function sustainability included three projects such as building a tourism belt performance evaluation system, aiming to design a cooperative development system for strengthening tourism responsiveness and efficient operation.

Based on the research results, Chungnam Province plans to establish an integrated development plan that organically connects large-scale strategic projects such as the creation of Garorim Bay National Marine Ecological Park, development of Anmyeondo tourist area, development of Wonsando in Boryeong as a world-class marine leisure tourism city, conservation of the world natural heritage mudflats and creation of marine ecological routes, and fostering the west coast coastal resort (marina) industry.
