Legoland Unveils Family Participation 'Lego Building Contest'

Legoland Korea Resort announced on the 7th that it will hold the 'LEGO Brick Racing Car Contest' and the 'Christmas Tree Building Contest,' where the whole family can create LEGO works and compete.

The Christmas Tree Building Contest can be created daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until the 25th in the Build & Test indoor area of the Bricktopia zone. Winners will be announced at 5 p.m. on the same day, and the works will be displayed as they are.

At the Creative Workshop, the LEGO Brick Racing Car Contest, which competes for the best rider, will be held. On weekdays, the contests take place at 2 p.m. on Monday and Friday, and on weekends, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. respectively. The first-place winner in each tournament will receive a one-day pass to Legoland Korea Resort, and the second-place winner will receive LEGO brick products. For teams that do not place, an on-site raffle will be held, and two additional teams will also receive LEGO brick products.

Lee Soon-gyu, CEO of Legoland Korea Resort, said, "We have newly introduced the LEGO building contest to allow children visiting Legoland to touch LEGO more and increase their creative building experience," adding, "We will continue to introduce various LEGO building programs that can only be experienced at Legoland."
