Daegu Urban Development Corporation (President Jeong Myeongseop) held a communication meeting with the Customer Participation Group on the 6th to mark the end of the year.
The communication meeting was attended by 10 members of the 2023 Daegu Urban Development Corporation Customer Participation Group and 10 CS managers from the corporation. The event was conducted by sharing the customer service improvement achievements implemented by each department throughout the year and listening to customer feedback.

Daegu Urban Development Corporation discovered a total of 19 excellent cases of customer service improvements by department, including the ‘Housing Opening Day for Public Rental Sales.’ Through this event, the excellent cases were directly introduced to the Customer Participation Group, and honest feedback from customers on each case was directly heard.
Daegu Urban Development Corporation stated that the matters discussed at the meeting, which help improve customer satisfaction, will be actively reviewed by each department, and proposals that can be independently implemented will be reflected in next year’s management plan.
President Jeong Myeongseop said, “I hope this was a time for employees to directly listen to the voices of customers through communication and to think together about providing high-quality services that customers can feel,” adding, “We will strive for citizen happiness and customer satisfaction.”
