The foundation of this collaboration is Hallyu content events such as the 'MAMA Awards' and 'KCON.' On the 28th and 29th of last month, it became the first K-pop awards ceremony to take place at Tokyo Dome, drawing an audience of 80,000. KCON is a Hallyu festival hosted annually worldwide by CJ ENM. This year, it attracted 310,000 attendees in Thailand, Japan, the United States, and Saudi Arabia.

Both companies will also nurture creators who will lead the future of K-content. They will collaborate on producing and broadcasting debut works of emerging creators. Additionally, they will jointly practice ESG management expansion by researching carbon emission reduction in the content production environment and establishing eco-friendly production guidelines. Yoo Hyun-seok, Vice President of the Korea Creative Content Agency, said, "For K-content to sustain growth, public and private sectors must cooperate," adding, "We will provide multifaceted support for the growth of the content industry."
