Doosan Group Donates 2 Billion Won for Neighborly Love Fundraising

Doosan Group announced on the 6th that it has joined the “Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign” conducted by the Community Chest of Korea, donating 2 billion KRW as a love donation for neighbors.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used to support neighbors in need, including basic living support for low-income youth and unemployed individuals, discovering households in welfare blind spots and supporting safe daily lives, and helping the independence of people with disabilities, children who are victims of domestic violence, and homeless people.

A Doosan representative said, “We are glad to participate in this meaningful campaign that delivers the warmth of sharing,” adding, “We hope it will help our neighbors overcome difficult circumstances safely in their daily lives.”

Doosan Group has participated in the Community Chest of Korea’s Hope Sharing Campaign every year since 1999, with cumulative donations amounting to 53.8 billion KRW to date.
