A New Concept of Visual Reading... Milli Objet Book Realized with AI

Reading platform Millie's Library announced on the 6th that it will release four new reading contents called 'AI Object Books' utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The released works are 'Gaekseong,' 'Dear Hwangguk Shinmin Yeoreobun,' 'Storage,' and 'Love's Black Hole.'

AI Object Books are reading contents created using KT's AI technology. They extract the core keywords of a book, generate images based on them, and produce videos. Then, narration, sound effects, and background music are added through AI voice technology to complete unique book content.

Lee Seong-ho, Head of Content Business Division at Millie's Library, said, "Following AI audiobooks, we are steadily expanding the range of reading content using generative AI technology by releasing AI Object Books," adding, "We plan to continuously increase special content that breaks the stereotype that reading is difficult and presents new ways to read."

Since introducing Object Books in April, Millie's Library has released 11 works to date.
