Kenkoreaerospace was recognized for its contributions to expanding the global aerospace market and revitalizing exports.
Kenkoreaerospace announced on the 5th that it was simultaneously selected in three categories at the ‘60th Trade Day’ event, including the Presidential Citation, the $20 Million Export Tower, and the Korea International Trade Association Chairman’s Citation.
Following last year’s $10 million Export Tower award, Kenkoreaerospace achieved the $20 million Export Tower this year, proving its competitiveness in the global aerospace market. Its export performance over the past year reached $20.3 million (approximately 26.4 billion KRW), continuing its rapid growth.
With 75% of overseas sales centered on global top-tier clients such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin, this year’s second phase of P2F (Passenger-to-Freighter conversion) project orders have been actively reflected in sales, setting a record high.
Additional orders in the aerospace sector are expected next year. Based on this year’s P2F project, the company is actively negotiating new projects with global aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer. Since it is currently actively engaged in quotation activities with Boeing and Airbus for new orders, global sales are expected to continue growing next year.
A company representative said, “The Presidential Citation and the $20 million Export Tower award are achievements that recognize our technology and know-how as a leading domestic aerospace company in the global aerospace market. We will continue to contribute to increasing national exports by promoting various new projects with global top-tier clients.”
