SK Stoa Launches Honey Sweet Potato in Partnership with Haenam Producers

This product is launched under the LAB 402 brand in collaboration with a partner company in the Haenam region. LAB 402 means "researching to provide better experiences in customers' daily lives." It was created to plan and develop exclusive products closely related to everyday life without limiting categories, offering customers more reasonable conditions.

The Haenam sweet potato "MasitGuma" being introduced this time is a "honey sweet potato" harvested in the southernmost village of Haenam, combining the advantages of chestnut sweet potatoes and pumpkin sweet potatoes. It boasts higher sweetness and a moist texture compared to other sweet potatoes. The quality was enhanced through a curing process that ripens the potatoes for about 3 to 4 days at a temperature of 34~36℃ and humidity of 80~90%, which increases the sugar content.

The 3kg product in medium to large sizes is offered at 13,510 KRW, and with a 15% shopping support discount, it can be purchased for 11,490 KRW. A 10kg product composed only of "ugly sweet potatoes," which have no issues in quality but are not visually appealing, is sold for 17,570 KRW.

SK Stoa will first introduce this product through the SK Stoa online mall starting from the 4th, and it will also be available for purchase through the mobile live commerce broadcast "SK Stoa Shopping Live" from 5 PM on the 13th.

Shin Yang-gyun, head of the DT Group at SK Stoa, said, "We launched this under 'LAB 402' to offer honey sweet potatoes, which are popular winter snacks, under more reasonable conditions. We will continue to strive to offer good products at lower prices across various daily necessities, including food."
