Deobon Korea announced on the 1st that, riding on the explosive popularity of ‘Baek Ramen,’ which has recorded cumulative sales of 4.7 million units, it has launched a new Jjajang Ramen, marking its entry into the non-soup ramen market.
The new product was developed with great effort to deeply infuse the authentic taste of Jjajang into the noodles. It boasts a rich flavor by using freshly stir-fried chunjang and fried onions in a thicker liquid soup, complemented by an oily soup with a smoky aroma.
Additionally, it includes generous toppings made of beef flakes, onions, green onions, and peas, achieving an optimal balance with the rich Jjajang sauce while also providing a pleasant texture.
From today, it is available for purchase at E-Mart and Deobon Market.
A representative from Deobon Korea said, “We focused on creating a taste that anyone, regardless of age or gender, can enjoy without preference, and put great effort into condensing the brand’s know-how to commercialize the original authentic Jjajang.” He added, “We hope this product allows people to feel like they are enjoying a delicious bowl of Chinese restaurant-style Jjajangmyeon anytime and anywhere, whether at home or at a campsite.”
