Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 28th that it will introduce three types of Christmas cakes for a romantic holiday.
Andaz's representative holiday season cake, the 'White Chocolate Strawberry Fresh Cream Cake,' features seasonal strawberries and rhubarb strawberry confit, topped with fresh cream made from Chantilly cream. It is decorated with a petit mousse cake made using Opalis chocolate from Valrhona, a premium French chocolate. The design resembles a Christmas gift box, making it perfect for sharing with others.
The 'Christmas Crown Chocolate Mousse Cake' uses a rich chocolate sheet and Valrhona Equatorial dark chocolate with 55% cocoa content. This mousse cake contains raspberry confit and crispy croustillant, allowing you to enjoy the rich taste of chocolate along with the tartness of raspberries. Green trees and chocolate ornaments in red, gold, and white colors create a Christmas mood. The 'Chestnut & Vanilla Log Cake' is a log-shaped cake wrapped in chestnut mousse, made with a vanilla sheet, blackberry confit, and Namelaka cream, which is known for its rich aroma and smoothness. The savory sweetness of the chestnut cream harmonizes with the tartness of the blackberry.
The three Christmas cakes will be available at the hotel's first-floor Arts (A'+Z) lounge from the 4th to the 25th of next month. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance. Reservations can be made through the Andaz Seoul Gangnam Naver reservation page or by phone.
