Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters (Head Kim Jae-kyung) will supply 17 industrial facility sites in the second phase of the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex (Hampyeong) located in Wolya-myeon, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, by lottery competition method at the end of this month. According to the Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters on the 27th, the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex is a large-scale industrial complex under development with a total area of 4.07 million square meters, including a complex of attracted industries such as the automobile industry, digital information home appliances, mining industry, and advanced parts and materials industries. It has the advantage of convenient transportation to major areas including Gwangju, Hampyeong, and Naju.
Also, Gwangju Global Motors (GGM) is currently operating normally after moving in, and the industrial complex’s position is further strengthened as the future car national industrial complex has been additionally selected as a candidate site nearby.
The land supply implemented by LH this year corresponds to the Bitgreen Phase 2 zone (with a development rate of about 73% as of the end of this month in 2023) and was promoted considering investment promotion in Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and demand in the Phase 2 zone.
The supply price of the Bitgreen Phase 2 zone is 232,169 KRW/㎡, which is very competitive compared to nearby industrial complexes such as Energy Valley National Industrial Complex at 411,000 KRW/㎡, Energy Valley General Industrial Complex at 453,000 KRW/㎡, and Pyeongdong 3rd General Industrial Complex at 337,000 KRW/㎡.
The area per lot of industrial facility sites supplied in the Bitgreen National Industrial Complex Phase 2 ranges from 5,342.3㎡ to 18,040.6㎡, with supply amounts ranging from 1,240.32 million KRW to 4,188.46 million KRW. The payment condition is equal installment payment over 2 to 3 years with interest.
Applications for land sale and payment of application deposits will be conducted through LH Subscription Plus from the 4th to the 8th of next month. The successful applicants will be announced by lottery, and contracts with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and LH will be signed during the period from the 20th to the 21st of next month.
