On the 24th, Choi's legal representatives announced that they submitted a complaint to the Seoul Seocho Police Station requesting an investigation into attorney Lee, who represents Director No, on charges of violating the Criminal Act, Family Litigation Act, and Real Name Financial Transaction Act.

In a statement, the legal team claimed, "Chairman Choi has never paid or gifted 100 billion won to his cohabitant, yet attorney Lee voluntarily held a briefing after Director No's alimony trial yesterday and publicly announced such false information."

Attorney Lee, after concluding the first preparatory hearing of the alimony lawsuit filed by Director No against her cohabitant Kim Hee-young, chairman of the T&C Foundation, at the Seoul Family Court the previous day, told reporters, "The amount Chairman Choi has spent on Chairman Kim exceeds 100 billion won since 2015."

The legal team stated, "Director No's side has long been subtly distorting facts or spreading false information through her SNS and media interviews. The complainant (Chairman Choi) has not raised this issue recently to seek an amicable resolution through the trial, but despite the court's request for restraint, the situation is worsening."

Regarding attorney Lee, they said, "By manipulating public opinion outside the courtroom through false statements to obtain unfair results, he is causing irreparable damage to the complainant. If, upon further legal review, any accomplices who instructed, instigated, or were involved in attorney Lee's illegal acts are identified, appropriate legal actions will be taken."
