The area of 368 Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si is an aging residential complex located at the intersection of Myeonghak Industrial Complex and Gunpo Industrial Complex. It is adjacent to Myeonghak Station and Geumjeong Station on Subway Line 1, and the opening of Geumjeong Station on the GTX-C line is scheduled.
Koramco Asset Trust plans to build an apartment complex with 108 units, ranging from three basement floors to 16 above-ground floors. On the same day, it submitted an application for designation and public notice as a project agent to Anyang City Hall.
Recently, Koramco Asset Trust has been showing active movements in trust-based maintenance projects. In Seoul, it is focusing on the reconstruction of large apartment complexes with more than 3,000 units, while in the metropolitan area, it is pursuing a two-track strategy by engaging in small to medium-sized street housing maintenance projects.
Earlier, on the 16th, it was also selected as the project agent for a street housing maintenance project at 21 Yeonmu-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province.
