Public Procurement Service Nara Market, Administrative Network Down for 1 Hour "Currently Normal"

On the 23rd, the Korea ON-line E-Procurement System (KONEPS), the national comprehensive electronic procurement system managed by the Public Procurement Service (PPS), experienced an error and was down for about an hour.

According to the PPS, the administrative network was down from 9:19 AM to 10:20 AM that day. The PPS is currently analyzing the cause.

A PPS official stated, "The platform used for general bidding was paralyzed, causing a delay of about an hour," and added, "We understand that there has been no significant damage so far."

Earlier, from the 17th for three days, the government administrative network was paralyzed, causing major disruptions in issuing civil documents and other services.
