Local company Daesun Joojo is conducting a community contribution industry-academic cooperation project with Dongseo University. This is the second industry-academic cooperation following the production of the Siwon (C1) Blue video advertisement in March.
On the 22nd, Daesun Joojo announced that it held a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) social contribution campaign presentation with students from the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Dongseo University as part of the university's 2023 Local University Revitalization Project at its headquarters in Sajik-dong.
This campaign was prepared to contribute to regional economic revitalization and sustainable development through cooperation between the university and the company.
Officials from Daesun Joojo and students from the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Dongseo University are taking a commemorative photo during the industry-academia cooperation project.
At the presentation, three teams (12 students) from the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at Dongseo University proposed ideas they had prepared over about a month.
They presented various ideas such as the ‘Moderation Glass’ to prevent excessive drinking and improve drinking culture, operating a page introducing local restaurants selected by Daesun Joojo, and a travel guide for Busan.
The team selected for the excellence award received prize money, and the ideas they proposed will be actively utilized in Daesun Joojo’s future social contribution activities.
Daesun Joojo CEO Jo Woo-hyun said, “It was a meaningful time to deeply consider social contribution with local talents,” and added, “Daesun Joojo will continue to strive to fulfill its social responsibilities as a representative local company of Busan.”
