[Breaking] Supreme Prosecutors' Office Transfers Prosecutor Lee Jeong-seop with 'Misconduct Allegations' to Daejeon High Prosecutors' Office

On the 20th, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office transferred Lee Jeong-seop, the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office (Judicial Research and Training Institute class 32), who was accused of various misconduct allegations, to the Daejeon High Prosecutors' Office.

On the same day, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office announced that Lee was appointed as an acting prosecutor at the Daejeon High Prosecutors' Office. The office also stated, "We will conduct investigations and inspections with strict standards regarding the allegations raised by internal members."

Additionally, the Criminal Division 1 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Seung-ho) dispatched prosecutors and investigators to Yongin CC Golf Course and Elysian Gangchon Resort, which are related to the misconduct allegations against Lee, to execute search warrants.
