Meritz Securities analyzed on the 20th that KH Vatec is the only domestic beneficiary stock equipped with smartphone titanium and metal material frame cases.
Yang Seungsoo, a researcher at Meritz Securities, stated in a report on the same day, "Since the emergence of foldables, the company's performance and stock price have been determined by the growth of hinges," and added, "However, from the fourth quarter, the company is expected to participate in the new model titanium material frame case mounting process, generating some new sales."
Researcher Yang Seungsoo forecasted, "These sales will significantly expand as the number of models applied increases along with the increase in processes handled by the company starting next year."
He continued, "Additionally, to break away from the A-series image, a transition from plastic to metal cases is under discussion," and analyzed, "Although currently in the development stage, meaningful sales growth in terms of volume is expected once mass production begins."
