Lee Geum-rang, the chief director of Lee Geum-rang Children's Dental Clinic in Nam-gu, Busan, generously donated 5 million KRW to Shilla University for university development funds.
The donation ceremony took place on the 16th at 10 a.m. in the small conference room on the 6th floor of the Shilla University main administration building, attended by President Heo Nam-sik, Chief Director Lee Geum-rang, and Department Head Jang Kyung-ae of the Shilla University Department of Dental Hygiene.
Prior to the donation of the development fund, Director Lee also donated a total of 3 million KRW in scholarships, 1 million KRW each, to three graduating students from the Shilla University Department of Dental Hygiene who have secured employment at Lee Geum-rang Children's Dental Clinic.
Located in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, Lee Geum-rang Children's Dental Clinic has secured various facilities and medical technologies to ensure that children can receive dental treatment comfortably without fear.

Director Lee said, “I donated the development fund with gratitude for the Shilla University Department of Dental Hygiene students who have completed their internships at Lee Geum-rang Children's Dental Clinic and the graduates who are performing excellently as dental hygienists, and with the hope that not only dental hygienists but also various talented individuals will contribute to the local community.”
She added, “The outstanding character and capabilities of the dental hygienists who graduated from Shilla University and are currently working at the clinic, as well as the interns still enrolled, give me great strength as the director,” and “I am always grateful to Shilla University for producing such excellent dental hygienists.”
