Netmarble's 'Demis Reborn' to Host 'Drawing & Cosplay Show' at G-Star

Netmarble announced on the 17th that the collectible RPG 'Demis Reborn' held a drawing and cosplay show at the Netmarble booth during 'G-STAR 2023'.

The drawing and cosplay show, hosted by announcer Kwon Isul and caster Kim Kyuhwan, featured webtoon artist ‘Wanana’ showcasing live drawings. The event began with a warm-up game of ‘Catch Mind’ using related keywords such as ‘G-STAR’, ‘game’, ‘Netmarble’, and ‘Demis Reborn’. Audience members who answered correctly were awarded prizes including Bluetooth speakers and headsets.

During the main drawing show, the audience randomly selected three keywords on-site to combine and determine the drawing theme, which the artist then freely interpreted and illustrated on the spot.

In addition, a cosplay event featuring characters from ‘Demis Reborn’ was held. Cosplayers introduced the characters and participated in a brief Q&A session where they discussed their efforts in character acting, providing an opportunity for interaction with the live audience.

Netmarble prepared various unique stage events for ‘Demis Reborn’ throughout the G-STAR event period. At 4:20 PM on the same day, ‘Nam Dohyung’s Voice Actor Talk Show’ was scheduled. On the 18th at 3:40 PM, virtual YouTuber ‘Isekai Idol’ member ‘Jureureu’ was set to participate in a stage demonstration. On the 19th at 4:20 PM, ‘Kim Seonghoe’s Respect for Preferences Panel Talk Show’ was planned.

‘Demis Reborn’ is a collectible mobile RPG currently in development by Netmarble F&C, based on Netmarble’s original IP ‘Grand Cross’. The game depicts an adventure where special-powered ‘Connectors (users)’ collect OOPArts to prevent chaos and destruction in the world, featuring various ‘Transcendents (characters)’ who modernize heroes from mythology and history.

At G-STAR 2023, Netmarble unveiled the ‘Story Mode’ allowing players to experience the early storyline of ‘Demis Reborn’, a special character voting event prepared exclusively for G-STAR, and other event content. The demo build showcased a total of 14 characters, with combat experience available for six of them.
