A Network to Support the Dreams and Future of Youth
Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) will hold an inauguration ceremony for 100 young people who love Muan under the theme "Muan Cheer up Youth Grow up" on the 18th at Namak Central Park in Samhyang-eup.
The "100 Young People Who Love Muan" is an event that gives new meaning to young people active in Muan to strengthen their attachment to the region, grow as youth leaders, activate youth policy proposals, and strengthen connections with the local community.
It is a youth network event aimed at building a vibrant network and cooperation system so that young people can be more closely connected to the local community and continue sustainable youth activities.
According to the county on the 17th, as a result of recruiting young people aged 19 to 45 who live or are active in Muan, 100 young people from various fields such as young farmers and fishermen, entrepreneurs, office workers, cultural welfare activists, and youth council members applied to participate.
The inauguration ceremony will begin with a congratulatory performance by a local youth crossover popera group, followed by a youth representative reading the youth vision declaration to proclaim the future vision of Muan.
The young people will wear matching uniforms and scarves, take group photos, then have a meeting space for youth and spend time interacting using the network and Youth Pocha.
They will create their own business cards to introduce themselves and play games such as quizzes to test their affection for Muan, allowing young people from various fields to get to know each other.
In particular, the Youth Pocha operation is expected as Muan youth sponsor sweet potato Makgeolli, and youth from the Youth Village freely distribute beer.
Governor Kim San stated, "Through the inauguration ceremony of 100 young people who love Muan, the youth of Muan-gun will actively participate in regional development and contribute to laying the foundation for a better future."
