This year's slogan is 'We Belong in Diversity.' It conveys the message that not only embracing diversity but also increasing members' sense of belonging and connection is important. At the forum, participants will exchange opinions through expert lectures on diversity, discussions, and participatory theater. Focusing on generational and nationality diversity, they will explore organizational culture trends and various company cases to find ways to strengthen connections among members.

Chairman Shin Dong-bin has emphasized diversity, stating, "Creating conditions where talented individuals with diverse thoughts can work without discrimination is crucial for securing future competitiveness." Since 2013, Lotte has established the 'Lotte Group Diversity Charter' and has been striving to increase diversity in four major areas: gender, generation, disability, and nationality.

Over the past 10 years since the establishment of the Diversity Charter, Lotte has achieved steady growth in expanding diversity. As of last year, the number of female new employees has more than doubled over the past decade, and female executives have increased more than fivefold. The employment rate of people with disabilities within the group exceeds the legally mandated employment rate and is being maintained, and Lotte operates in about 26 countries, employing approximately 40,000 local staff.

To secure future growth engines, Lotte aims not only for quantitative expansion but also qualitative growth by strengthening policies in each area. To increase gender diversity, it develops female leadership and resolves job biases; for generational diversity, it provides growth guides for juniors. It expands job opportunities for employees with disabilities while building a work environment that respects differences. To expand nationality diversity, it plans to strengthen the capabilities of overseas subsidiaries and nurture excellent local talent.

Lee Dong-woo, CEO (Vice Chairman) of Lotte Holdings, said, "Since declaring the Diversity Charter in 2013, Lotte has achieved results such as expanding the recruitment of female executives and female new employees and increasing the birth rate within the group." He added, "We will continue to work with our executives and employees to create a company that we can proudly talk about, a company where people want to work, a company where we want our children to be employed, and a company where my growth is the company's growth."
