21 Yeonmu-dong, Suwon, is an aging residential area near Gwanggyo Park and the Gyeonggi Central Education Library. Koramco Asset Trust plans to transform this area into a complex with 156 apartment units and neighborhood living facilities, ranging from six basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. Last week, they submitted an application for designation and public notice as the project agent to Suwon City Hall.
It is reported that at the union general meeting, all attendees except for some invalid votes supported Koramco Asset Trust's trust-type approach.
Koramco Asset Trust expressed confidence that, since the landowners' opinions are unified, they can focus on the project without unnecessary delays caused by internal disputes within the union, enabling faster progress than any other site.
Meanwhile, Koramco Asset Trust is preparing for the completion of 'Juan e-Pyeonhansesang Edu Summit,' a reconstruction of Incheon Woojin Apartment using the trust method, scheduled for early next year. Previously, they successfully completed four maintenance projects in the metropolitan area, including 'Pyeongchon Daeseong United' and 'Mojong Kumho Eoullim iFirst.'
