The newly introduced Paul Dangin champagnes are ‘Paul Dangin Prestige Cuv?e,’ ‘Paul Dangin Cuv?e Jean Baptiste,’ and ‘Paul Dangin Brut Ros?.’ All three are produced in small quantities and boast differentiated quality with a delicate and intense character compared to existing champagnes. The Paul Dangin Cuv?e Jean Baptiste, made under the current owner's name, is produced from a single Chardonnay grape variety, while the Paul Dangin Cuv?e Ros? and Paul Dangin Cuv?e Prestige are made by blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Among them, the Paul Dangin Cuv?e Prestige is the flagship champagne that best represents Paul Dangin’s champagne production philosophy. It features aromas of apple, pear, and a hint of walnut and other nuts, with a rich and fresh tropical fruit flavor that leaves a well-balanced, long finish. It is praised for achieving harmony by blending Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal 50% proportions. It demonstrates the highest quality expected from champagne by balancing strength and robustness with delicacy and softness.
