The venue will set up a separate gate and install banners for the event.

The "Seoul Children’s Dream Festival" will be held on the 23rd at the Seoul City Hall Multipurpose Hall with about 400 children and families attending. Mayor Oh Se-hoon will proclaim the "1st Seoul Children’s Happiness Week" together with the children, and an awards ceremony for outstanding policies from the three-month "Seoul Children’s Policy Participation Group" will also take place.
