Samsung Financial's 'Monimo' Also Launches MyData Service

Demonstrating Expertise of Each Affiliate in Insurance, Securities, and Cards

Samsung-affiliated financial companies are jointly launching a MyData service. They plan to utilize the expertise of each sector, including insurance, securities, and cards, to provide detailed diagnostics of customers' assets and offer differentiated content.

Samsung Financial Networks, which brings together Samsung Group's financial affiliates such as Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung Card, and Samsung Securities, announced on the 14th that it has launched the MyData service on the integrated application (app) 'Monimo' of the four financial companies.

The first screen of Monimo's MyData service clearly displays the status and changes of the customer's total assets. It also allows transfers linked with open banking from held accounts and shows information such as consumption changes, upcoming card payment amounts, and investment returns.

In the five major areas where Samsung's financial affiliates are positioned?▲Consumption ▲Investment ▲Insurance ▲Pension ▲Health?more detailed diagnostics and analysis results are provided.

In the 'Consumption area,' trends by period, category, and theme are analyzed, monthly discounts and point benefits are guided, and cards advantageous to the customer are recommended.

In the 'Investment area,' the scale and composition of investments are visualized and interpreted. It also offers functions to calculate investable surplus funds and simulate investment returns.

In the 'Insurance area,' the customer's preparedness for everyday risks is diagnosed, and coverage analysis linked with health information and solutions for major diseases are presented.

The 'Pension area' analyzes expected pension amounts to help prepare for a stable future, and after testing customer tendencies, it guides customized retirement preparation methods.

The 'Health area' is where Monimo MyData has put the most effort into differentiation. After simple authentication and consent to information, it clearly conveys the current health status and health checkup results. Additionally, it enables linked analysis of coverage diagnosis for major diseases in the 'Insurance area' and provides guidance on exercise and dietary habit management through the 'Health Coaching' menu.
