On the 12th (local time), he shot 2 under par in the final round of the PGA Tour Champions Charles Schwab Cup Championship (total prize money $3 million) held at Phoenix Country Club (par 71) in Arizona, USA, finishing tied for 8th place (13 under par, 171 strokes). This marks his sixth ‘Top 10’ finish of the season, placing him 16th in the money rankings ($1,197,209). Choi Kyung-ju debuted on the PGA Tour Champions in 2020 and has competed in 64 tournaments, achieving 1 win, 4 runner-up finishes, and 3 third-place finishes. His total earnings have already surpassed $3 million.
Steven Alker (New Zealand) added 1 under par to claim the victory (18 under par, 266 strokes). He successfully defended his title, marking his second win of the season and seventh career win.
