[Tomorrow's Weather] Most Minimum Temperatures Below Freezing... Seoul -3°C

Morning low temperatures are forecasted to range from -7 to 3 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius. Except for some coastal areas, most regions will see morning temperatures below freezing, and with slightly strong winds, the wind chill will make it feel even colder. In the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, gusts exceeding 90 km/h are expected, raising the possibility of a strong wind advisory.

In the central regions and some inland southern areas, morning temperatures will fall below -5 degrees Celsius, causing frost or ice to form in many places, so special care should be taken in managing crops.

Occasional rain or snow is expected until morning along the Jeolla West Coast, Jeju, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo. The expected precipitation from the 12th to the morning of the 13th is about 5 mm along the Jeolla West Coast, 5 to 10 mm on Jeju Island, and 5 to 30 mm on Ulleungdo and Dokdo. The expected snowfall in the mountainous areas of Jeju is 1 to 5 cm.

Fine dust levels are forecasted to be 'Good' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

For the time being, high waves are expected mainly in the open sea, which may exceed breakwaters or coastal roads, so caution is advised for safety along the coast. Wave heights will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
