The prosecution investigating allegations of bid-rigging in construction project management service (supervision) tenders commissioned by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and the Public Procurement Service is conducting a search and seizure of architectural offices on the 9th.
According to the legal community, the Fair Trade Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Yong Seong-jin) dispatched investigators from the morning to five supervision companies, including architectural offices located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to secure materials. The prosecution is investigating whether they colluded in the supervision tenders commissioned by LH and the Public Procurement Service, violating the Fair Trade Act.
