Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation to Hold 'Jacob Employment Special Lecture' at Dankook University on the 8th Jacob, who appeared as a lecturer at the job special lecture show held by the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation on the 8th at Dankook University Jukjeon Campus, is giving a special lecture.

The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held a special employment lecture at Dankook University Jukjeon Campus.


On the 8th, the Job Foundation announced on the 9th that it conducted the 'Insadongjang Jacob Employment Special Lecture Show,' prepared as part of the Yongin City Youth Job Fair event at Dankook University Jukjeon Campus. About 120 attendees, including job seekers graduating from nine universities in the Yongin area, participated in the lecture show.


The lecture was led by popular YouTuber Jacob, who has 340,000 subscribers, and covered topics tailored for university students such as ▲interview preparation and self-introduction writing methods ▲essential job preparation strategies before graduation ▲career direction suggestions related to majors and desired job roles ▲introduction of interview evaluation cases.


Jacob received favorable reviews by sharing his experience as a human resources officer at E-Land Group and interviews with various corporate practitioners, introducing diverse job preparation strategies for graduating students.


Following Jacob's lecture, a job preparation strategy lecture prepared by Yongin City and Dankook University Job Plus Center was also held.


The foundation expects that this special lecture will increase awareness of the Yongin City Job Center among young people and promote active job-seeking activities among youth through the use of university job centers within the province.


The foundation is collaborating to expand awareness and improve performance of city and county job centers through the operation of the Gyeonggi-do Job Center. Specifically, it supports consulting, policy assistance, manual development, conferences, and promotional activities for regional job policies considering recruitment demand and local characteristics by city and county.
