Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the '2023 3rd Senior Center Leisure Program Presentation' held at the Majung Hall of Mapo Central Library on the afternoon of the 7th.
Hosted by the Korea Senior Citizens Association Mapo Branch, the event was attended by over 200 senior members of Mapo District senior centers, who showcased songs, folk songs, line dances, and more that they had practiced through leisure programs, enjoying the time by encouraging each other.
Also, various works such as hand-knitted dolls and bags made by the seniors were exhibited at the entrance of Majung Hall.
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, "I am very pleased and deeply moved to see the seniors communicating and spending harmonious time together at the senior centers," adding, "Mapo District will continue to provide generous support in various ways for the improvement of senior center facilities and the development of leisure programs."
