The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as PSTPS) announced on the 7th that it will operate a Vision Communication Week to internalize its value system and revitalize organizational culture along with the proclamation of a new vision.
PSTPS's new vision is "A pension and welfare specialized institution together with teachers and staff." Celebrating its 50th anniversary next year, PSTPS is preparing for the next 50 years through changes in its strategic framework and management slogans. The Yeouido TP Tower is also scheduled to open in the first half of next year.
The Vision Communication Week will be held for one week until the 13th, starting with a town hall meeting, and will include activities such as internalizing the value system, "Life in Three Cuts," happiness lectures (inviting notable figures such as poet Hwang Ji-woo), and the TP Morning Radio broadcast featuring stories related to core values. Key stakeholders of PSTPS, including TP Nanuri Volunteer Group members and the Customer Policy Advisory Group, will also participate in the town hall meeting.
Song Ha-jung, Chairman of PSTPS, stated, "We will prepare for the 50th anniversary of the Service through the new vision and core values, widely promote it, and make many attempts, big and small, to bring positive changes to PSTPS."
