T'way Air, 2024 New Employee Open Recruitment

General and Maintenance Entry-Level and IT Experienced Positions

T'way Air will accept applications for open recruitment of new and experienced employees through its official recruitment website from the 6th to the 17th of this month.

New employees will be recruited for general positions. Eligible applicants are those holding a bachelor's degree, including those expected to graduate by August next year. Applicants must have language proficiency scores above the standard and have no disqualifications for overseas travel. New general employees will work at domestic airport branches for a certain period after joining before being assigned to various departments.

In the maintenance sector, recruitment is also open for maintenance technicians (new interns) and new employees in the maintenance materials field. New maintenance technician interns will work as interns for one year and then undergo evaluation for conversion to full-time positions.

The IT sector is recruiting experienced employees. The fields for experienced recruitment include web developers, app developers, system engineers, and IT administrative support. Candidates with relevant experience and certifications in each field will be given preference during hiring.

Document submission will be accepted until 2 p.m. on the 17th of this month. Results for each stage of the selection process can be checked on the recruitment website. Starting with document screening, followed by first and second interviews and a medical examination, the final successful candidates are scheduled to join in January next year.
