Geumdansindosi Lotte Castle Nextiel Sold Out in 5 Days After Contract

Lotte Construction's ‘Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel’ in the Wondang-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon, sold out within 5 days of the contract start. The official contracts were conducted over 4 days from October 30 to November 2.

In the first-priority subscription held last month, a total of 19,737 subscription accounts were received, showing an average competition rate of 111.5 to 1, marking the highest number of subscriptions and the highest subscription competition rate in Incheon this year, demonstrating strong interest.

Accordingly, Lotte Construction has been able to continue its sell-out streak that began earlier this year with projects such as ‘Changwon Lotte Castle Forest’, ‘Guri Station Lotte Castle Signature’, ‘Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle High Luce’, ‘Daeyeon DIEL’, ‘Guui Station Lotte Castle East Pole’, and ‘Siheung Lotte Castle Signature’.

A Lotte Construction official stated, "The symbolic value of being the first Lotte Castle in Geomdan, the location near the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1, and the application of the price ceiling system for the sale price seem to have contributed to the steady positive response and good results." He added, "We will do our best in construction to present a landmark representing Geomdan New Town."

Geomdan New Town Lotte Castle Nextiel is being developed as a super-station area complex near the newly established station on the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 (tentatively named Station 101, scheduled for 2025). It belongs to the ‘Next Complex’, a specialized zone in the first phase of Geomdan New Town, where residential facilities, various cultural and assembly facilities, and large-scale commercial facilities are being developed in an integrated manner, offering excellent residential convenience. The complex is located right in front of the Gyeyangcheon Stream, and is adjacent to numerous green spaces such as Ara Central Park, making leisure, walking, and relaxation very convenient.
